Iniziata anche quest’anno l’avventura del campionato italiano motocross che, a differenza dell’anno passato, grazie al nuovo regolamento, vede i piloti scendere in pista già dalla giornata del sabato nei turni di prove libere e qualificazione. L’onore di ospitare questo nuovo campionato 2015 è spettata al tracciato Monte Coralli di Faenza che ha visto la presenza di oltre 200 piloti divisi nelle classi MX1 ed MX2 rendendo fondamentali le prove di qualificazione per l’accesso alle gare della domenica riservate a soli 40 piloti per cilindrata.

Il primo a scendere in pista nelle qualifiche del sabato è stato Davide Bonini che, senza grosse difficoltà, è riuscito a raccogliere un ottimo terzo tempo nella classe MX2; sempre nella medesima cilindrata Riccardo Righi, di rientro dall’infortunio alla clavicola, ha centrato anche lui l’accesso alla finale di domenica con un buon decimo tempo. Nella difficile classe MX1 obiettivo raggiunto anche per Michele Tagliaferri che in sella alla sua Husqvarna FC450 strappa un tredicesimo tempo valido per la finale della domenica.

Gara Uno della MX2 vede due brutte partenze sia per Davide che per Riccardo fuori dalle prime venti posizioni; proprio mentre Davide si era portato a ridosso della top ten, due cadute consecutive lo fanno retrocedere fino alla diciassettesima posizione preceduto dal suo compagno di squadra in rimonta dopo il difficile avvio.
Voglia di riscatto per entrambi i nostri porta colori in gara Due, ma ancora una volta la partenza non agevola i nostri ragazzi costringendo addirittura Riccardo Righi ad un ritiro prematuro per una scivolata ed un conseguente trauma al ginocchio. Rimonta riuscita invece per Davide Bonini che in questa manche, in sella alla sua Husqvarna FC250, non ha commesso errori ed è riuscito a portare a casa un’ottima quinto posto dimostrando un buon passo gara e di poter lottare per la vittoria.
Manches impegnative anche per Michele Tagliaferri nella classe MX1 costretto al recupero in entrambe le gare dopo avvii sempre molto difficili che non gli hanno permesso di rientrare nelle prime venti posizioni.

Tra le novità della stagione 2015 c’è l’inserimento della terza manches “Supercampione” dedicata ai migliori venti di ogni singola cilindrata e dove il nostro Davide ha colto un buon nono posto di categoria sul tracciato ormai reso difficile e pericoloso dalle gare precedenti.

Prossimo imperdibile appuntamento 18 e 19 aprile ad Arco di Trento dove il nostro Team schiererà Davide Bonini nel mondiale classe MX2 e Riccardo Righi nell’Europeo EMX2.

The adventure of the Italian Championship 2015 starts with some news from last year and with new rules for more than 200 riders that opened this first round at the track of Monte Coralli Faenza;
on Saturday they started with free practice and qualifying sessions necessary to enter in the Sunday’s final race dedicated only to 40 riders for each category.

Our first rider that open this race was Davide Bonini that gained easily a great third position in the MX2 class; the second one was Riccardo Righi that, after an injury to the collar bone, also gained the access to the final races of Sunday with a tenth position. In the hard MX1 class, Michele Tagliaferri also reached the goal on his Husqvarna FC450 winning a great 13th place for the final.
Race One in MX2 class started with two bad starts with both pilots, Davide and Riccardo, out from the top twenty; while Davide was close to the top ten, he fall down twice loosing positions since the 17th immediately after his teammate.
In Race Two, once more, they both had a bad start that forced Riccardo to go out from the competition earlier after a fall and a hit to his knee. Great conclusion for Davide Bonini which, on his Husqvarna FC250, catched an excellent fifth place without making mistakes, demonstrating a good rhythm for fighting for the first positions.
Hard manches also for Michele Tagliaferri in MX1 class after two difficult starts that didn’t permit him to reach the top twenty.

Among the news for the season 2015 there’s the third manche “Supercampione” only for the best 20 riders of each category where, our Davide reached a good 9th place in his class in a difficult and dangerous track after all the races of the day.

Next appointment on the 18th and 19th of April at Arco di Trento where Davide will take part to the World Championship MX2 and Riccardo to the European EMX2.
