FIM European Motocross of Nations
Pietramurata (Trentino), 7 ottobre 2015 – Ai vostri posti, pronti … 2015 Motocross delle Nazioni Europee che si terrà questo fine settimana sulla pista mozzafiato di Pietramurata in Trentino, Italia. Pietramurata è nota per una serie di motivi. Nei circoli motocross, è nota per la sua prova del Campionato Mondiale FIM Motocross, l’ MXGP del Trentino, mentre al grande pubblico è nota per il suo fascino scenico in quanto si trova alla base delle Dolomiti e si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del Lago di Garda .
Il Motocross delle Nazioni Europee è fondamentalmente una versione giovanile del Motocross delle Nazioni. Ci sono tre classi, 250cc, 125cc e 85cc, e ogni squadra invierà quattro piloti: un pilota della 250cc, un pilota della 125cc e due piloti 85cc.
Nel main event, il Team Italia invierà la loro squadra con Ivo Monticelli, Morgan Lesiardo, Emilio Scuteri e Gioele Palance a stare in prima linea e difendere la loro corona, mentre la Francia vorrà aggiungere un altro trofeo alla loro scintillante fama e schiereranno Alexis Vergaeghe, Brian Moreau, Tom Guyon e Pierre Cantournet.
L’Italia invierà anche un secondo team guidato da Filippo Zonta, Paolo Lugana, Andrea Bonacorsi e Mattia Capuzzy. la squadra Finlandese con Jere Haavisto è stato un nome nel Campionato Europeo nel corso degli ultimi due anni e rappresenterà la squadra Finlandese con il collega EMX, Miro Sihvonen, mentre Aleksi Kurvinen e Matias Vesterinen saranno in gara per le 85. Nel frattempo EMX250 front-runner Alvin Ostlund rappresenterà la Svezia con Danne Karlsson, Arvid Luning e Anton Nagy.
Un’altra minaccia al titolo MXoEN è Team Denmark che avrà Thomas Kjer Olssen e Glen Meier,entrambi erano minacce dei titoli nel Campionato Europeo EMX125 & 250 di quest’anno insieme con i giovani Magnus Smith e Michel Giovane Schmidt.
In totale, 12 nazioni andranno bar-to-bar in questo fine settimana sulla pista collinare di Pietramurata ciascuna con la speranza di vincere il titolo 2015 MXoEN.
Oltre al Motocross delle Nazioni Europee, ci sarà anche il Women’s Motocross delle Nazioni Europeo con il Team Italia composto da Kiara Fontanesi, la campionessa della FIM Women Motocross Mondiale e Francesca Nocera, sono le favorite, mentre le vice campionesse 2014 Team France, purtroppo, non sarà presente con l’invio di una squadra quest’anno.

The bell for the Motocross of European Nations is about to ring
PIETRAMURATA (Trentino), 07 October 2015 – On your marks, get set… the 2015 Motocross of European Nations is set to take place this weekend at the stunning track and location of Pietramurata in Trentino, Italy. Pietramurata is known for a number of reasons. In motocross circles, it’s known for its round of the FIM Motocross World Championship, the MXGP of Trentino, while to the general public it’s known for its scenic appeal as it lies at the base of the Dolomite Mountains and is in close proximity to Lake Garda.
The Motocross of European Nations is basically a youth edition of the motocross of nations. There are three classes, 250cc, 125cc and 85cc, and each team will send four riders: one 250cc rider, one 125cc rider and two 85cc riders.
In the main event, Team Italy will be sending their squad of Ivo Monticelli, Morgan Lesiardo, Emilio Scuteri and Gioele Palance to stand on the front line and defend their crown, while France will be wanting to add yet another trophy to their glistening cabinet of fame and will line up with Alexis Vergaeghe, Brian Moreau, Tom Guyon and Pierre Cantournet.
Italy will also send a second team led by Filippo Zonta with Paolo Lugana, Andrea Bonacorsi and Mattia Capuzzy. Finland’s Jere Haavisto has been a name to watch in the European Championship over the last couple of years and he will represent Team Finland with fellow EMX star, Miro Sihvonen, while Aleksi Kurvinen and Matias Vesterinen will be racing for the Fins in the 85’s. Meanwhile EMX250 front-runner Alvin Ostlund will represent Sweden with Danne Karlsson, Arvid Luning and Anton Nagy.
Another threat to the MXoEN title is Team Denmark who will have Thomas Kjer Olssen and Glen Meier, both were title threats in the European Championship EMX125 & 250 this year along with youngsters Magnus Smith and Michel Young Schmidt.
In total, 12 nations will go bar-to-bar this weekend on the hilly blue groove track of Pietramurata each with the hope of winning the 2015 MXoEN crown.
In addition to the Motocross of European Nations, the Women’s Motocross of European Nations will also be taking place with Team Italy’s team of Kiara Fontanesi, the four time FIM Women’s Motocross World Champion and Francesca Nocera, the hot favorites, while the vice 2014 champion Team Franceunfortunately won’t be sending a team this year.
