SEEWER EXTENDS SUZUKI CONTRACT FOR 2017 

Jeremy Seewer ha prolungato il suo contratto con il Team Suzuki Mondiale MX2 per la stagione 2017.

Il pilota svizzero si trova attualmente secondo nel campionato del mondo MX2 dopo aver segnato sette podi in 11 gare finora e ha dimostrato velocità terrificante dall’inizio della stagione. Il suo obiettivo per la campagna in corso è quello di finire tra i primi tre, mentre il prossimo anno il titolo MX2 è l’obiettivo.

“Perché mi sento a casa nella squadra e perché la Suzuki RM-Z250 è una moto di alto livello, è sicuramente stata una decisione facile continuare il campionato con il Team Suzuki mondiale MX2 di nuovo nel 2017”, ha detto il 21- anni. “Abbiamo provato molto durante l’inverno e la moto è perfettamente per me. Il supporto fornito da Stefan Everts è molto utile quindi sono estremamente lieto che continueremo a lavorare insieme la prossima stagione “.

Tomoyo Sekiguchi, presidente di Suzuki Deutschland GmbH, era presente durante la firma del contratto. Ha detto: “Il Motorsport è di grande importanza per la Suzuki e sono molto contento che continueremo a lavorare con Jeremy Seewer. E ‘un atleta molto promettente e la sua personalità simpatica si adatta bene nella famiglia Suzuki “.

Thomas Hannecke, team manager della Suzuki World MX2 squadra tedesca, ha commentato: “Jeremy è una parte della famiglia Suzuki da molti anni e ha costantemente progredito per tutto questo tempo. SEEWER EXTENDS SUZUKI CONTRACT FOR 2017 

 

Jeremy Seewer has extended his contract with Team Suzuki World MX2 for the 2017 season.

The Swiss rider currently lies second in the MX2 World Championship having scored seven podium finishes in 11 races so far and has shown terrific speed since the start of the season. His goal for the ongoing campaign is to finish in the top three while next year the MX2 title is the aim.

“Because I’m feeling at home in the team and because the Suzuki RM-Z250 is a top-notch bike, it has definitely been an easy decision to enter the championship with Team Suzuki World MX2 again in 2017,” said the 21-year-old. “We tested a lot in the winter and the machine is perfectly set up for me. The support provided by Stefan Everts is very helpful so I am extremely delighted we will continue working together next season.”

Tomoyo Sekiguchi, President of Suzuki Deutschland GmbH, was present during the signing of the contract. He said: “Motorsport is of major significance to Suzuki and I’m very pleased we will keep working with Jeremy Seewer. He’s a highly promising athlete and his likeable personality fits nicely into the Suzuki family.”
